Day to Day Itinerary - Suez Canal on the 'Vision of the Seas'
Day 1 | Depart at 6pm (18 hour sail)
Dubai is a unique blend of the old and new. On one end of the spectrum, you have the "seven-star" luxury hotels and malls of Jumeirah. On the other end there's the traditional side of Dubai with ancient souk markets selling spices.
Day 2 | Arrive at 12pm (8 hour stay) | Depart at 8pm (133 hour sail)
As one of the Middle East's oldest cities, Muscat boasts beautifully manicured parks, long, unspoiled stretches of beach, and an ancient stone moat that surrounds the area. Both beautiful and intriguing, Muscat will astound you.
Day 8 | Arrive at 9am (13 hour stay) | Depart at 10pm (58 hour sail)
Aqaba is a thoroughly modern and energetic resort town with a few glimpses into Middle Eastern antiquity. Visit the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Aqaba, along the Red Sea, and you're likely to encounter a fascinating mix of revellers: Scores of bikinis and tanned muscles, with the occasional local in more traditional and modest Muslim garb. Explore this port city enough, and you'll find touches of the old, sleepy fishing town Aqaba once was existing harmoniously with 5-star hotels and modern shopping and dining destinations.

Day 11 | Arrive at 8am (14 hour stay) | Depart at 10pm (9 hour sail)
Jerusalem is one of the world's oldest cities. Gaze at the Western Wall, which is all that's left of the fabled Second Temple, or watch the sunlight bounce off the golden-roofed Dome of the Rock or the shimmering silver al-Aqsa Mosque.
Day 12 | Arrive at 7am (9 hour stay) | Depart at 4pm (38 hour sail)
This spectacular city rises dramatically from the Mediterranean on terraced hillsides to Mount Carmel. From that viewpoint the world seems to lie at your feet. On a clear day you can see the Lebanese border, with snowcapped Mount Hermon to the east.
Day 14 | Arrive at 6am (14 hour stay) | Depart at 8pm (58 hour sail)
The birthplace of democracy and western civilisation, with the crowning glory, the Acropolis, perched atop its plateau under a burnished blue sky. Your best memories may come from losing yourself in the twisting streets of the ancient Plaka district.
Day 17 | Arrive at 6am (6 hour stay)
Picture yourself sipping hot chocolate at the legendary Caffé Florian on Venice’s fashionable Piazza San Marco. Then for everlasting memories, a scenic canal ride by vaporetto waterbus or gondola is an absolute must.
