The Cabin and Seats
My first thought upon entering the cabin was ‘wow! Such luxury!’ The Emirates Business Class cabin is a soothing range of cream, golden and walnut tones.
The seats are well spaced out, with enough room for everyone to move freely. When it is time to rest, use the touchscreen controller to ease your seat into a fully flat position and drift off to sleep. I have never felt so relaxed on a plane in my entire life! Sleeping was easy and undisturbed during my flight.
Each guest has their own personal 23-inch entertainment screen embedded into the panel in front of them. This is at least 4 times the size of the economy screens. I loved the touchscreen iPad controller that was provided! It allowed me to choose from hundreds of stations of movies, TV shows, and audio books on demand. You can also watch breaking news, catch up on world business, unwind to music or amuse yourself with a variety of fun games.
Guests are met with a warm welcome as they enter this luxury cabin. I felt the lavish atmosphere right away. The friendly and attentive senior cabin attendants offered champagne and orange juice before take-off. Throughout the flight, I experienced exceptional service. Staff bring just the right amount of warmth and chat to make you feel at ease and looked after.
Drinks were regularly refreshed and staff were always close by to assist with any queries. I needed assistance operating the entertainment system and the senior attendant could not have been more helpful.
Guests can choose from the fabulous menu of regionally inspired gourmet dishes, and enjoy a premium dining experience. Starters, mains and desserts are served separately ensuring each dish is fresh and kept at the right temperature.
I felt as if I was at a world-class restaurant in the sky, each dish was exceptional. Meals were served on Royal Doulton bone china plates and white linen cloth, with fine cutlery. Sit back and enjoy a glass of wine, champagne or even some vintage port with your meal!
Feel special with all the wonderful extras in Emirates Business class. Guests get priority passes which allow you to skip the boarding queues and settle onto the plane right away.
I really liked all the little unique touches throughout the cabin. Guests are offered a sophisticated amenity kit bag. These indulgence kits feature socks, eye masks, along with some skincare essentials to help you look and feel your best on your journey. I could not have felt more pampered!
