Resort Garden Rooms have one king or twin beds, bath, shower, air conditioning, TV, DVD player, minibar, hairdryer and safe.

Tower Rooms are more spacious, have separate bath and walk-in shower and are located in the towers with superb views over Dubai Marina and the Arabian Gulf.
Tower Sea View Rooms have balconies with views of the Arabian Gulf.
Tower Family Rooms are more spacious with a sofa that converts into a double bed.
Club Rooms and Suites are also available with additional benefits which include; separate check in/check out with access to club lounge, late check out until 14:00hrs (subject to availablility), full breakfast at the Grand Club Lounge and Al Dhiyafa restaurant from 06:00 - 11:00 hrs, Afternoon Tea at Grand Club Lounge from 15:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs, regular Drinks at Grand Club Lounge from 18:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs and tea, coffee and soft drinks at Grand Club Lounge from 11:00 hrs till midnight.

Studio Rooms have one king or twin beds, bath and separate shower, air conditioning, TV, telephone, hairdryer, living/dining area, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and a balcony.

One Bedroom Suites have the same facilities and a separate bedroom.

Two Bedroom Suites are ideal for families with two bedrooms a separate lounge and kitchenette.

Deluxe Rooms have one double or twin beds, shower, air conditioning, TV, minibar, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities, safe and private balcony or terrace.

Deluxe Ocean Front Rooms on the ground & first floor, have direct sea view.

Deluxe Premier Rooms on the third floor, are more spacious, have direct sea view and include bathrobes, slippers, fruit on arrival and free use of steam, sauna & Jacuzzi® at the spa.

Superior Ocean View Rooms are available. All rooms are the same but with different views.

Deluxe Tropical View Rooms have one king bed or two double beds, Jacuzzi® tub and separate shower, air conditionining, TV, CD/DVD player, safe, wireless internet in rooms and public areas, coffee maker, and balcony or terrace.

Preferred Club Rooms have a VIP lobby and private check in, private lounge, drinks and snacks throughout the day, 2 VIP swimming pools, complimentary internet access, daily continental breakfast service in lounge and Jacuzzi® on the terrace.

Garden View Junior Suites have one king bed, bath & shower, air conditioning, TV, safe, tea & coffee making facilities, living area and balcony or patio.

Premium Junior Suites have a fully-stocked minibar (once a week).

Concierge Suite have a fully-stocked minibar (once a day), CD player, continental breakfast in the room and various exclusive amenities.

Beachfront Deluxe Rooms have one king bed or twin beds, shower, air conditioning, TV, CD player, safe, tea and coffee making facilities, minibar and a terrace or balcony.

Full Board and Half Board can be taken in Feast and lunch and dinner in Sand Coast too.

Full Board Plus is breakfast lunch and dinner with unlimited draught beer, house wines by the glass, sparkling wines, mineral water and soft drinks offered in all bars and restaurants between 11am-12midnight. Please note this does not include the minibar.
 
Island Cottages are larger and have a semi open bathroom with an open air shower and separate bath and have views of the tropical gardens.

Water Bungalows sit over the water on stilts with a private terace and steps leading into the ocean.

Water Villas are much larger and have a sitting area, exclusive Shine Spa products  and are on stilts over the water with direct access to the ocean.

Ocean Villas have a large private terrace with sun loungers and hammock, private plunge pool, outdoor rain shower and BBQ. They have complimentary internet access.

Beach villas have one double bed, open air bathroom with shower, air conditioning, minibar, tea & coffee making facilities, safe, telephone, hairdryer and private terrace with lounge seats and beach facing views.

Deluxe Villa
These luxurious villas are perfectly situated to watch the sunrise over the tops of the coconut palms. They feature an open-air bathroom, a spacious bedroom with King-size bed and a private terrace with outdoor seating and a plunge pool.

Lagoon Villas
These villas are built on stilts above the lagoon and they offer a panoramic view of the sunset from the outdoor terrace. There is a private splash pool where you can take a cool dip and you will enjoy watching the fish swimming around the reef below you. The bedroom is spacious with a four poster bed and the bathroom is open-air yet perfectly private.

Sunset Lagoon Villas
These exclusive villas are built over the water and they feature a glass bottomed Jacuzzi® on the deck. The bedroom is very spacious with a four poster bed and the open-air bathroom has a spa bath and indoor and outdoor showers. Additional services include a private butler, in-villa spa treatments, mini music system, DVD player and writing desk.
